The happiness you seek is already within you.

  • Look for the possibilities found in the new and the uncomfortable: be indifferent to success or failure.

  • Explore the power of mindfulness to draw your attention from the swirl of thoughts and toward your centre: relish the silence, fall into your stable calm inner self.

  • Take time to recognise the good in your life - develop your Santosha, be accepting, be grateful.

  • Be attentive to the loveliness of small things, see kindness, practice empathy and have conversations where you really listen.

  • Cultivate a mindset of generosity - give more than you take; pay it forward.

  • We have more in common with others than we think - dissolve the walls you've built between yourself and others.
