About
Ambient Flow Yoga
‘Since my first Yoga class in 2018 at the Living Flow Yoga studio in Sydney, I’ve been devoted to the practice and philosophy of Yoga. The disciplines of movement, breath, diet, and other yogic practices have led me into a healthier and happier place. It gives me enormous satisfaction to share this practice with others, leading them to enjoy similar benefits. Since undertaking my teacher training in 2023 I’m grateful to be able to share my love of the practice with others.’
