Simplicity

Your life off the yoga mat is complicated and busy. You live in a world of thoughts and reactions, often it's easy to just lose sight of your real motivations and intentions. They become submerged by the demands made on you each day.

The practice of yoga offers an opportunity to refocus, to ground, to find clarity and simplicity. When you intentionally place your attention away from noisy thoughts, when you shut out the world for an hour during your yoga practice, you cause your attention to flow to your centred self, you discover a calm that is its own reward and also a stability that helps you better manage the demands of daily life.

Yoga is a conversation between your mind and your body. Your breath is a tool to lead your attention into a direct experience of yourself. It is to rediscover simplicity, clarity, and focus.
